Booking Information for Credit / Debit card payments directly from our web site - Non eBay customers:
Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal® (You do not need a PayPal account to use this system!)
Once a payment has been made you will receive an e-mail receipt / confirmation from us within 24 hours.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT PLEASE E-MAIL US TO REPORT THE PROBLEM.
For cheque payments only: Once a provisional booking is made, and we have confirmed it back to you via email, we allow seven days for your payment to reach us. If it does not arrive in that time then we will assume that you will not be coming and cancel your provisional booking.
We do not send reminders for payment!

If you have sent payment but have not heard back from us within the seven days PLEASE E-MAIL US TO REPORT THE PROBLEM.
PLEASE NOTE: It is our standard policy that we will not let anyone into a holiday flat until we have received full payment for the intended stay.
Regarding SHORT NOTICE bookings: PayPal or cash on arrival are the only acceptable payment methods.
ALL CUSTOMERS: VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
If you should have to cancel your booking. Provided you cancel MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY STARTS We will refund your payment less less a £45.00 cancellation fee, provided we are able to re-let your holiday to someone else.
If you cancel LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY STARTS then we will not refund any money.
